1 handful of California Giant Strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 avocado, peeled and cubed
1 medium mango, peeled and cubed (about 1 cup)
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
6 ounces silken tofu
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
¼ teaspoon stevia or 1 tablespoons honey or to taste for sweetness
2 teaspoons lime juice
½ cup crushed ice
Directions:
Blend everything in blender until smooth. Use more or less ice to thin or thicken smoothie. Pour into glass. If desired, top smoothie with whipped and sweetened tofu. Place a small strawberry or twisted slice of lime on top of whipped tofu.
