Lorraine's Everyday Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ – ¾ cup California Giant Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, and Blueberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup any flavor yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup any flavor of fresh juice
  • Optional:  protein powder (any flavor)

Directions:

  1. Mix in a blender, it will be extremely thick but it makes a great breakfast or lunch.
