Mixed Berry Creamsicles
12 popsicle molds
12 California Giant Strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
1 cup California Giant Blueberries
2 cups orange juice
1 cup heavy cream or half n’ half
Disperse the strawberry slices and blueberries within the 12 popsicle molds.
In a glass measuring cup with a pourable spout, combine the orange juice and cream (whisk in powdered sugar if you desire more sweetness). Pour the juice mixture into the popsicle molds.
Insert a popsicle stick into each; freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours.
Run the molds under warm water for 30 seconds to loosen the popsicles before eating.
Dairy-free? Sub the heavy cream for coconut cream instead.
