Blackberry Grapefruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups California Giant blackberries
  • 1 whole grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • Mint, chia seeds, and blackberries for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients, except garnish, to a blender in the order listed. Blitz for 3-5 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Garnish by topping with fresh blackberries, a sprinkling of chia seeds, and a sprig of fresh mint.
