Blueberry Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup California Giant blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1//3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Form into small balls. Store in airtight container in fridge.
