Blueberry Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup California Giant blueberries
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Form into small balls. Store in airtight container in fridge.
