These cinnamon cashew stuffed strawberries are the perfect sweet strawberry treat!

Cinnamon Cashew Stuffed Strawberries

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 4 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2 dates, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 dozen California Giant strawberries

DIRECTIONS

      • In a small mixing bowl, mix together chopped dates, cashew butter, cinnamon, salt, and maple
      • Using a pairing knife, remove the core of the strawberry and stuff with the cashew butter
