Grab-N-Go breakfast wraps are perfect for busy mornings that call for a quick meal with sustainable energy. Blueberries compliment the roma tomatoes and balance out the heat of the jalapeños in these breakfast wraps.

Grab-N-Go Breakfast Wrap


  • 4 tortillas (8-10 inch)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs, whisked together
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ pound ground sausage
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, small diced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup halved California Giant blueberries
  • foil to wrap


      • In a small bowl, stir together jalapeño, tomatoes, lime juice, ¼ teaspoon salt, and blueberries. Set aside.
      • In a medium nonstick pan, melt butter and then add ground sausage. Cook until the sausage is cooked throughout. Add whisked eggs and ¼ teaspoon salt, stir to combine with sausage. Add cheese and then cook until eggs are just set. Remove mixture from pan into a medium bowl.
      • Warm tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds or until just warm. Place each on a individual piece of foil that is larger than the tortilla.
      • Divide egg mixture among tortillas and then top with blueberry salsa. Roll the tortilla and then wrap tightly with foil. Take the wrap with you on the go or you can make ahead and rewarm in the oven in the foil the morning of!
