4 oz goat cheese
12 California Giant blackberries, sliced thin + more to garnish
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of ½ of a lemon
2 T honey
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper (approx. 15 grinds)
1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
4 pieces of naan bread
2 T extra virgin olive oil
In a small bowl, stir together and microwave 2 T honey, finely chopped rosemary, and the juice of half of a lemon in 15 second increments until just warm, let steep at room temperature until cool.
Once cool, fold the honey mixture into the goat cheese and add sliced blackberries, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Heat a grill or cast iron pan over high heat.
Brush both sides of the naan bread with olive oil and char bread until warm and slightly crispy.
Remove the naan bread and spread the goat cheese mixture over top, garnishing with fresh blackberries and an extra drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
