INGREDIENTES

    Para el batido:

  • 1 plátano congelado
  • 1/2 cup any milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup California Giant Berry Farms' Blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2-3 dates, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • pizca de canela
  • Caramel Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp peanut, almond or cashew butter
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
  • *Splash of any milk to thin it out

DIRECCIONES

      • Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
      • Then make the caramel sauce by simply mixing all the ingredients in a small bowl.
      • Drizzle the caramel sauce on top of the smoothie and enjoy!
