INGREDIENTES

    Para la Ensalada:

  • 1 small head of radicchio, shredded
  • 3 endives, roughly chopped
  • 1 cucharada de semillas de cáñamo
  • 1 aguacate, en cubos
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
