The succulent sweetness of fresh blackberries and raspberries meets the zesty tang of lemons making this vibrant Blackberry Raspberry Lemonade the perfect summer sipper!

INGREDIENTES

  • 1⅓ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 taza de agua
  • 1 taza de moras gigantes de California
  • 1 taza de frambuesas gigantes de California
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 12 medium lemons)
  • 8-10 cups water

DIRECCIONES

      • Make simple syrup: In a medium saucepan over low-medium heat, combine sugar with water, stirring until dissolved. (Do not boil.) Remove from heat to cool.
      • Make berry purée: In a small blender combine blackberries with raspberries until puréed. Strain berries through mesh sieve to remove seeds.
      • Combine: In a large pitcher (90-96 ounces capacity) add lemon juice, berry purée, simple syrup and 8 cups cold, filtered water. Stir and taste test before adding more water (up to 2 cups). Serve over ice and enjoy!
