Quality: Organic quality is good, with occasional bruised and soft fruit. Crews are dropping overripe fruit and focused on putting together a clean pack. Ranches with subpar fruit have been diverted to the frozen market. 

Volume: Organic supply is light.

Salinas

Quality: Quality is good with some misshapen or bruised fruit.  

Volume: Production leveled off slightly post-peak, however supply will be strong through September. 

Pack Counts: Conventional: 18-22; Organic: 22-26 depending on ranch.

Region Update: Conventional and organic production is finished for the season.

Region Update: The Spring crop is wrapping up for the season. The Fall crop is anticipated to begin production in late-August.
