Harvest Status: Plants, flowers, and green fruit look healthy. Light picks have started with small harvests expected to start around week 48 or 49.  

Mexico

Quality: Quality is good with healthy plants.  

Volume: Production is increasing.  

Pack Counts: Conventional: 20-26, 26-28 depending on ranch 

Santa Maria

Quality: Quality is good with some pinrot and bruised fruit. Fruit shape and color is good with a nice taste. Cold weather with rain is anticipated early this week.  

Volume: Volume is forecasted to decrease throughout the remainder of the season due to ongoing pest pressure and past weather events.  

Pack Counts: Conventional Fall Crop: 22-25, 25-30 depending on ranch; Organic Fall Crop: 25-30-32 depending on ranch 

Watsonville/
Salinas

Quality: Quality is fair. Cool weather and rain is anticipated early this week, this may close the season.  

Volume: Production continues to decrease as the season winds down.  

Pack Counts: Conventional: 22-26; Organic: 30-34

Chile

Harvest Status: Production has started with first arrivals forecasted for week 47.

Oxnard

Harvest Status: Light harvests have started. Volume is anticipated to increase toward week 49. 

Peru

Quality: Quality is excellent.  

Volume: Production is steady. Arrivals are light this week and will increase next week.
