Quality: Organic and conventional quality is good, with occasional bruised and/or sunburnt fruit from high temperatures. Ranches are dealing with mite/Lygus pressure.  

Volume: Supply is increasing.  

Pack Counts: Organic spring crop: 28-32, depending on ranch; Conventional fall crop: 14-16-18; Organic fall crop 18-20, 22-24, depending on ranch.  

Watsonville/
Salinas

Quality: Quality is good, with some overripe and bruised fruit due to high temperatures last week.  

Volume: Production has leveled off slightly post-peak, however supply will be strong throughout September.  

Pack Counts: Conventional: 20-24; Organic: 26-30, depending on ranch.

Volume: Volume is light, yet steady.
