Calidad: Conventional and organic quality is good. Crews are moving slowly as they fight increased wet bruising, softer fruit, and pinrot due to .5’’ of rain. Field management is keeping the pressure on to keep this fruit out of the packs.

Volumen: Volumes are light and projections have been kept conservative due to potential rain damage.

Volumen: Mexico is entering a gradual decline.

Calidad: Crop condition is strong, with good sizing and quality reported.

Volumes: Volumes are strong however season may come to a quick close if weather becomes unfavorable.

FRAMBUESAS

Calidad: Quality is good with excellent color, firmness, and flavor.

Volumen: Peak volumes will continue through the next few months.

Calidad: Strong early crop condition. Fruit shows excellent firmness, flavor, and appearance.

Volumen: Volumes will remain light for the coming week, with a meaningful increase anticipated in early-to-mid June.

MORAS

Volumen: Volumes are steady, however overall blackberry production is ramping up towards peak production in late-July.

Calidad: Current field assessments show healthy crop development, though slightly behind historical timing due to cooler weather.

Volumen: Conventional harvest is expected to begin around June 1. The organic program is now projected to start in early July.
