ACTUALIZACIONES DE CULTIVOS

FRESAS

Santa Maria

Actualización de la región: Heavy rainfall is expected across California’s key growing regions, creating significant challenges for upcoming production. These conditions will make fields difficult to access, and this week’s harvest is highly uncertain.

Calidad: A significant amount of fruit continues to be dropped due to rot, albino, and decay—residual effects from earlier rain events. Some blocks are still showing minor water damage on tips and shoulders, though this is expected to clear up with subsequent passes.

Volumen: Production remains steady but is gradually declining as the season transitions into fall.

Pack Counts: Conventional: 22-26; Organic: 26-30.
