Blackberry-Prosciutto-Mozzarella Flatbread

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ shallot, very thinly sliced into rings
  • ½ - ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4-5 thin slices of prosciutto
  • handful California Giant blackberries
  • drizzle of honey
  • pinch of chili flakes

DIRECTIONS

      • Roll the pizza dough out as the instructions suggest and preheat the oven. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
      • Drizzle the olive oil on top of the pizza. Evenly spread the mozzarella on top, along with the blackberries, shallot slices, drizzle of honey and chili flakes.
      • Pop into the oven to cook until the top of the cheese is slightly bubbly and golden. Remove from the oven and add on the slices of prosciutto. Enjoy!
