Cocktails (and mocktails) make great use of fresh berries! This easy-to-make cocktail features just three ingredients and offers flavors perfect for the spring and summer months. 

 

Strawberry Lemonade Spritzer

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups California Giant strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups champagne
  • One bottle of sparkling lemonade

DIRECTIONS

      • In a blender, combine strawberries and champagne. Blend until smooth.
      • Divide strawberry mixture between four glasses.
      • Top with sparkling lemonade and enjoy!
