Banana-Bread Blueberry Bites is a great energizing snack.

Banana-Bread Blueberry Bites


  • 2 cups oatmeal flour
  • 1.5 cups cashews, unsalted
  • 1.5 cups Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 and 1/2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup California Giant Blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Add everything into the blender and mix until all the ingredients have combined and formed a large ball – about 1 minute.
  2. Roll out into bite-size balls and pop in the fridge or freezer to store.
  3. Enjoy!
