Berry and Banana Frozen Chocolate Coins are a delightful, bite-sized treat made by coating banana slices, topped with fresh berries, in dark chocolate. After freezing for about 20 minutes, these fruity chocolate coins become a refreshing and healthy snack!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 bananas, sliced in 1/2” thick coins
  • 8 California Giant blueberries
  • 8 California Giant raspberries

DIRECTIONS

      • Start by melting the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave or on the stovetop using the double boiler method. Once melted, set aside.
      • Take the banana slice and add a berry on top, slightly pushing down, so that the berry sticks to the banana
      • Place the banana-berry on a fork and place over the bowl with chocolate. Take a spoon and spoon the chocolate all over the fruit until covered - let the excess chocolate drip back down into the bowl. Repeat until done.
      • Pop the chocolate fruit into the freezer to set - about 20 minutes. Store in the freezer and enjoy!
