1 seedless watermelon, cut into approximately 32 cubes
16 California Giant strawberries, stems removed
16 California Giant blackberries
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 2 limes
8 wooden skewers
Optional: 1 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
Alternate watermelon cubes with fresh berries on each skewer
Finely grate lime zest over top of skewers and finish with lime juice.
Can take fresh to pool or place in ziploc bag and freeze.
To jazz things up, remove fruit from skewer into a cup or bowl and toss with crumbled feta or goat cheese.
