Fresh Cal Giant blackberries
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 ounces coconut water
2 ounces tequila
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp lime zest
1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Combine coconut shreds, lime zest and kosher salt in a small bowl. Press and run a lime wedge along the rim of the glass and then dip into mixture to coat the glass.
In a cocktail shaker, add remaining ingredients and shake well. Add ice to glasses, pour in the drink mixture and garnish with a lime wedge.
