Make snacking more exciting with this Blackberry Compote Greek Yogurt with Granola.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of blackberries
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 2½ teaspoons of corn starch
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • your favorite granola

DIRECTIONS

      • In a small bowl, mix corn starch and two tablespoons of orange juice; set aside.
      • Then, sauté blackberries, orange juice, sugar and cinnamon over medium heat. After a few minutes, add corn starch mixture. Simmer until thick.
      • Top Greek yogurt with blackberry compote, granola, and more fresh berries!
