These colorful Blackberry Paleo Brownies are Paleo-friendly and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup California Giant blackberries
1 cup almond butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 egg
2 tbsp butter or ghee, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together blackberries, almond butter, maple syrup, egg, butter or ghee, and vanilla. Slowly stir in the cocoa powder and baking soda.
Pour the batter into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes (depending on your oven), until the brownie is set.
