A berry jam that’s perfect for Sunday brunch!

Blackberry Vanilla Chia Jam


  • 3 cups California Giant blackberries
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract


      • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, about one minute. Transfer to a jar.
      • Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes before using. This should keep in the fridge for one week.
