In a saucepan on medium-high heat, add in the honey, berries and a splash of water.
Cook the berries until they’ve released their juices, about 4 minutes.
Add the blueberry mixture into a colander and place over a bowl. Smash the blueberries into the colander to release all of the juice. Set aside.
To that same mixing bowl, add in the hot water, squeeze of lemon and whiskey. Mix well. Pour into cups and enjoy!
