Strawberries bring their beautiful color and natural sweetness to this Fresh Herb Berry Cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

6 California Giant strawberries, stems removed and halved
2 oz lemon vodka
8 mint leaves
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz simple syrup
¼ cup champagne

DIRECTIONS

- - In a shaker, muddle all ingredients VERY WELL except for champagne
- - Add ice and shake
- - Strain over ice and top with ½ cup champagne
