Goodnight Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup California Giant berries, stems removed, frozen

  • ½ cup greek yogurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 date, pit removed

Directions:

  1. Before you go to bed at night, blend together all smoothie ingredients until smooth and spread evenly into an ice cube tray (we love the silicone ones for easy removal)

  2. When you first wake up, pop the berry smoothie cubes into your travel mug and then go get dressed, drive to work, and by the time you get to where you are going, the smoothie cubes should be soft and drinkable!
