Healthy Raspberry Oatmeal To-Go Bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 1¾ cups oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup California Giant raspberries, save a few for topping
  • small handful golden raisins
  • small handful roasted cashews
  • small handful chocolate chips
  • pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

      • Start by preheating oven to 375F. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Let this rest for about 10 minutes, so the liquid can absorb into the oats.
      • Add the oat mixture into a parchment paper lined baking dish and spread evenly. The oat bars should be about 1/2” thick. Stud the top of the bars with a few raspberries that are cut in half. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the sides are crispy and the center is tender. Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
