1 cup California Giant raspberries, save a few for topping
Small handful golden raisins
Small handful roasted cashews
Small handful chocolate chips
Pinch of sea salt
Start by preheating your oven to 375F. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Let this rest for about 10 minutes, so the liquid can absorb into the oats.
Add the oat mixture into a parchment paper lined baking dish and spread evenly. The oat bars should be about 1/2” thick. Stud the top of the bars with a few raspberries that are cut in half. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the sides are crispy and the center is tender. Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
