Strawberry and Cucumber Salad

Refresh your palette with this fresh strawberry and cucumber salad.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large cucumbers, spiraled
  • 4 cups California Giant strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup poppyseed dressing

DIRECTIONS

      • In a large bowl, toss cucumbers and strawberries together.
      • Divide among four plates, sprinkle with goat cheese and pour 2 tablespoons dressing over each salad and serve as soon as possible.
