Strawberry Basil Limoncello Martini

Use strawberry and basil to spruce up the classic limoncello cocktail. Replace the limoncello and vodka with lemonade for a non-alcoholic beverage.

Strawberry Basil Limoncello Martini

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 California Giant strawberries
  • 1 basil leaf
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces limoncello
  • lemon twist
  • crushed ice

DIRECTIONS

      • Muddle the California Giant strawberries until almost pureed.
      • Add the limoncello, vodka, and ice.
      • Shake very well, then strain into the martini glass.
      • Slap the basil and place on the drink with ½ strawberry and the lemon twist.
