Heat gas BBQ, center burner on low, outside burners on high.
Roll pizza dough into a round, using some flour to coat. Spray grill with non-stick spray. Place pizza dough in center of grill, and spray with non-stick spray. Flip dough to grill other side. Brush generously with olive oil. Add a little sea salt.
Place sliced fresh mozzarella over pizza. Add turkey bacon. Close grill until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle fresh rosemary on pizza, then add sliced strawberries. Toss arugula with a little olive oil and balsamic glaze, and add to pizza.
