Strawberry is the star of this beautiful cocktail as floral notes of hibiscus compliment the ginger flavor in the background.

Strawberry Ginger Hibiscus Margarita


  • 4 oz. silver tequila
  • 2 oz. ginger shrub
  • 1/4 cup fresh hibiscus syrup
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 cup sliced California Giant Berry Farms strawberries
  • Splash of club soda
  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1-2 fresh hibiscus flower for garnish


      • Add dried hibiscus flower over stove top with 1/2 cup water and let it come to a boil. Strain the dried hibiscus syrup into a bowl and let sit.
      • Add juice of one lime, ginger shrub, hibiscus syrup, silver tequila and fresh California Giant strawberries to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
      • Add ice to your glasses and pour mixture evenly into both, and top with a splash of club soda.
      • Top with a fresh or leftover dried hibiscus flower!
