1 cups frozen California Giant raspberries
1 cup peach slices
2 cups spinach
2 banana, sliced
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 T flax seed
Combine all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth. Sometimes you need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides to make sure all ingredients are incorporated well.
Pour into 16 oz cups and top with flax seeds and pomegranate seeds. Drink with a straw or eat with a spoon.
