Strawberry + Raspberry + Peach Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups frozen California Giant raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen California Giant strawberries
  • 1 cup peach slices

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 2 banana, sliced

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 T flax seed

Directions:

  • Combine all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth. Sometimes you need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides to make sure all ingredients are incorporated well.

  • Pour into 16 oz cups and top with flax seeds and pomegranate seeds. Drink with a straw or eat with a spoon. 

  • For fun layering option: blend spinach and yogurt separately, then layer berry smoothie on top!
