Strawberry Sweet Potato Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup California Giant strawberries
  • 1 sweet potato
  • ½ tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons honey

DIRECTIONS

      • Slice sweet potato into toast size slices. Put in toaster on the highest setting.
      • Once it is toasted to your preference, layer with almond butter, bananas, strawberries and honey.
