Bright and flavorful berries from California Giant Berry Farms are the star of this unique salad.

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup California Giant strawberries
  • ⅓ cup California Giant raspberries
  • ⅓ cup California Giant blueberries
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens and butter lettuce
  • ½ cup white quinoa, cooked
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup goat cheese
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives
  • 3-4 tablespoons hummus
  • 3-4 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Make sure the hummus is thoroughly mixed into the salad, leaving no clumps. This is what creates the creamy texture of the salad. Serve and enjoy!
