Whip up this Vegan Berry Custard Toast for a mouthful of bright and delicious flavors in the morning!

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tablespoons vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon any flour or ½ teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • Small handful of mixed California Giant berries, mashed

    • For the Topping:

  • 3 California Giant strawberries, sliced and divided
  • 3 California Giant blackberries, sliced and divided

DIRECTIONS

      • Preheat your oven to 400F.
      • In a small bowl, mix together the custard ingredients.
      • Spread onto your toast and then top with the sliced berries.
      • Cook in the oven for 20-23 minutes until the custard firms up.
      • Remove, let cool slightly and enjoy!
