Berry Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • your favorite mix of California Giant strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
  • spinach or mixed greens
  • 1 avocado
  • toasted pecans
  • poppy seed dressing (I used Brianna's version)
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • Grated romano cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Add spinach or mixed greens to a bowl, top with berries, pecans, avocado and chicken breast. Add grated romano cheese and salad dressing.
