Looking for a sweet drink to sip on at your next happy hour? This Strawberry Macaron Cocktail is the perfect choice made from fresh California Giant strawberries, sweet cream, and your favorite champagne!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. California Giant strawberries, washed, hulled & sliced
  • Milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • Your favorite champagne or sparkling wine
  • Strawberry macarons

DIRECTIONS

      • Sauté strawberries, sugar and water until mixture thickens, making a compote. Pour the compote into an ice cube tray, filling each slot half way. Fill the other half with milk. Freeze until solid.
      • When you are ready to serve, pop the ice cubes into glasses and top them off with champagne. Garnish with a strawberry macaron and enjoy!
