Raspberries and blackberries add natural sweetness to this classic Italian cocktail.

Berry Aperol Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • champagne
  • Aperol
  • club Soda
  • California Giant raspberries
  • California Giant blackberries
  • mint leaves
  • orange slices for garnish

DIRECTIONS

      • For one cocktail, muddle three raspberries, three blackberries, and one mint leaf in the bottom of a glass.
      • Top with ice, and add a 3:1:1 ration of champagne, Aperol, and club soda.
      • Garnish with more fresh berries, mint leaves, and orange slices. Enjoy!
