Berry Yogurt Cones

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup California Giant Strawberries, stemmed and halved
  • ¼ cup California Giant Raspberries
  • ¼ cup California Giant Blackberries
  • ¼ cup California Giant Blueberries
  • 1½ cup non-fat yogurt: plain, berry, vanilla or lemon
  • Waffle cones
  • ¼ cup granola, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In bowl, gently mix together berries and yogurt, reserving 2-3 halves for each cone to garnish.
  2. Spoon into waffle cones, dividing mixture equally.
  3. Garnish with granola and remaining berries.
  4. Serve with spoons.
