Fresh blackberries are an ideal addition to a Moscow Mule because their sweet and tart flavors perfectly balance the light and spicy cocktail.

Blackberry Moscow Mule

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ ounce vodka
  • Your choice of ginger beer
  • 5 California Giant blackberries
  • pomegranate seeds, for garnish
  • 2 mint leaves for garnish

DIRECTIONS

      • In the bottom of a copper Moscow mule mug, muddle the blackberries.
      • Fill the glass halfway full with ice.
      • Add the vodka and fill the rest of the way with ginger beer.
      • Stir to combine and then garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves. Enjoy!
