Blackberry Vanilla Chia Jam

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups California Giant blackberries

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, about one minute. Transfer to a jar.

  2. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes before using. This should keep in the fridge for one week.
