Blueberry Banana Bread

This naturally sweetened banana bread bursts with flavors of fresh California Giant Berry Farms blueberries and dark chocolate chips.


  • 1 cup California Giant blueberries
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Optional add-ins: dark chocolate chips, walnuts, honey


      • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bread pan with nonstick spray.
      • Combine mashed bananas, ricotta cheese, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Add the bread flour and baking powder. Fold in the blueberries (and any other add-ins).
      • Pour mixture into bread pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
