Frozen Yogurt & Berry Bark

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup California Giant raspberries, chopped
  • ⅓ cup California Giant blueberries
  • 1½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt (more fat content = better bark!)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS

      • Turn a baking sheet tray upside down and top with a nonstick silpat or parchment paper.
      • Stir together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
      • Evenly spread the mixture using an offset spatula so that the yogurt is about ¼ inch - ½ inch thick.
      • Sprinkle berries on top of yogurt and then place the sheet tray in the freezer and allow bark to harden completely. Once hard, break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
      • To enjoy, eat at room temperature and bark will naturally warm and defrost as you eat it.
