INGREDIENTS

For the Protein Yogurt:

1 cup Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons chia seeds
½ scoop of any vanilla protein powder

For the Caramel Sauce:

½ cup sugar
1 cup of California Giant raspberries
3 tablespoons butter
½ cup heavy cream

DIRECTIONS

- - Boil the sugar and raspberries together on medium heat, adding a splash of water. Boil until the sugar dissolves, the fruit breaks down and the mixture starts to bubble - about 3 minutes.
- - Swirl the mixture in the pot for another 10 minutes by moving the pot around in slow circles.
- - Stir in the butter and allow it to melt.
- - Remove from the heat and slowly whisk in the heavy cream until it's all incorporated. Set aside to cool for a few minutes.
- - To assemble - add the yogurt into a bowl, top with the fresh berries, mint, edible flowers, chocolate chips and drizzle with the raspberry caramel sauce. Enjoy!
