Strawberry and Poppyseed Salad

    For the Salad:

  • 2 cups of butter lettuce
  • 1/3 cup California Giant Berries Strawberry, sliced
  • 1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 Tbsp toasted pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp flax seeds
  • Sprinkling of feta cheese
  • For the Honey-Mustard Poppyseed Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp poppyseed
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: add grilled chicken or protein of your choice


  • Mix the salad ingredients together in a large serving bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together and then pour over the salad. Toss and enjoy!
