Sweet and Tart Coconut Strawberry Smoothie

Cool down the day with this fruity strawberry coconut smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb California Giant strawberries, washed and halved; reserving 4 berries with stems for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup honey flavored Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • 4 lime wedges for garnish

DIRECTIONS

      • Blend all ingredients (except garnishing strawberries and lime wedges) in a blender until smooth.
      • Chill for at least two hours.
      • Divide the smoothie among four serving bowls and garnish each with a strawberry and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
