Fruit Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  •  cup sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups California Giant Berries (any combination of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries & raspberries)

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the crackers, and sugar into a fine crumb.
  2. Melt butter and add to the crackers and sugar.
  3. Place the cracker, sugar and butter mixture into a tart pan and press in the form of the pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
  5. Whip the cream, vanilla and the powder sugar until soft peaks, adding the cream cheese a tablespoon at a time.
  6. Once the tart crust has cooled, add the whipped cream mixture on top.
  7. Add berries on top of the whipped cream.
