Almondberry Protein Bars
cups rolled oats
cups dried milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup light corn syrup
2 scoops protein powder
2 large egg whites
1 cup chopped roasted almonds
cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dried and chopped California Giant Berries (using a fresh berry dehydrator)
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper and preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and spread onto the cookie sheet, pressing flat. Slice pressed mixture into 10 equal pieces.
Bake 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Re-slice, if necessary, and let cool. Then wrap in airtight bags and store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
